Less than half of vaccinated Americans who are eligible for a Covid booster have gotten one, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Now that the federal government is recommending a second booster for many people, we are interested in talking to those who have yet to get even one extra shot.Your responses will help to bring insight into how people are making decisions at this stage of the pandemic.
